| Reservation policy |
| -For a booking to be confirmed and for us to sent you your reservation voucher we will need your credit card details.when you give your credit card details there is no charge at the time of the booking. We only keep the details for our cancellation policy, except if you choose the ''non refundable'' rate, then the total amount of the booking will be charged at the time of the booking.

| Cancellation policy |
- No fee charged if cancelled 14 days before arrival date.
- Cancelled within 14 days before arrival will result in the two nights charge.
- In case of Non Show will result in the first three nights charge.
- In case of earlier departure, 50% of the full booking price for the remaining days will be due.
- For our Superior Rooms the rates are non refundable and the total amount will be charged at the time of the booking. |
